Your first meeting is in Pipera. There is an hour before lunch with a client, and you still need to finish tomorrow’s presentation. A hotel room matters, of course. But on a day like this, the spaces around it matter just as much, and where to stay in Bucharest becomes a practical question.
You need more than a room close to the office: you need somewhere to work between appointments, meet a client for lunch, and take a break before the next call. At CARO, you can return between appointments, work from your room or move to the Lobby Bar, meet over lunch and take a break beside Lake Tei. You can do all of that without organising another journey across the city.

Should you stay in northern Bucharest or the city centre?
Let your appointments answer that question. If most are in the Old Town or central Bucharest, a central hotel may be your easiest base. If your days revolve around Pipera, Floreasca and Barbu Văcărescu, start your search in the north.
Check your whole day, not only the route to the first meeting. Could you return to the hotel for a call? Will a client come to meet you? Where will you have dinner with colleagues? Those details will tell you more than a list of hotels in Bucharest sorted by distance from the centre.
CARO is on Barbu Văcărescu Boulevard, close to Bucharest’s northern business districts. Aurel Vlaicu metro station is approximately 1 km away, while Pipera station is around 1.4 km away. If you’re driving into the city via the A3 from Ploiești, we’re the first hotel you’ll reach.
Henri Coandă Airport is approximately 13 km away – by the way, contact us if you would like information about an airport transfer. And if you arrive by car, we have great news – there are 400 parking spaces and nine electric vehicle charging stations at CARO, one less thing to think about before a day of meetings in the north.

Where can you actually get some work done?
There are mornings when you need to shut the door, open your laptop and concentrate. Our rooms with desks give you that option, and our Business Center is available when you need a dedicated business facility.
The rest of the day does not have to happen at the same desk. Our Lobby Bar has comfortable seating and Wi-Fi; it works for coffee, emails or a short conversation with a colleague. At La Vitrine, you can choose a table for lunch or sit in the lounge area with a view towards Lake Tei. Its terrace gives you another setting in good weather.
When you need to think through an idea before the next call, step into the garden. CARO covers five hectares, with paths, trees and a lawn overlooking the lake. You can take a walk, find somewhere to sit or simply spend a little time away from a screen. You are still near the offices that brought you to Bucharest, but the pace changes as soon as you go outside.
That choice of settings is useful on a short business trip. If you are working remotely from Bucharest for longer, it becomes one of the best reasons to stay: you can keep a routine without repeating the same working day.

Where would you meet a client?
It depends on the conversation. A quick catch-up over coffee fits the Lobby Bar. For more time together, you might prefer a working lunch at La Vitrine, with the lake in view. You can stay at the table or move to a quieter seating area when lunch is finished. Later, 1000 de Chipuri wine bar offers a setting for an after-work meeting. Having these places on the property lets you choose an atmosphere to suit the moment, without asking everyone to cross the city again.
During the warm season, you can take the conversation outside. At Glucoza Terrace, a break can turn into lunch and pizza made in the Marana oven. Among the trees, La Hamace has coffee, suspended hammocks and a small waterfall. It feels surprisingly far from the working day.

What if you are bringing the team?
An informal conversation does not need a conference room. A workshop or presentation probably does. At CARO, our conference rooms in Bucharest range from smaller meeting spaces to rooms for large events. The modular Grand Ballroom can be divided into separate spaces. When your team needs a room to work through a plan together, we have spaces on a more personal scale that work well for strategy sessions, training, team meetings or workshops.
When you enquire, tell us the date, approximate number of guests and what you want the day to include. A presentation followed by dinner needs a different arrangement from a workshop with several smaller discussions. Those details help us suggest a space and a practical flow for your event.
Planning a team meeting? Tell us how many people are joining and what you have in mind, and our team will assist in finding the best option. Discover our conference rooms here, fill in the form and send us the details.

Choose your room around your routine
If you expect to prepare for meetings in your room, look beyond the photograph of the bed. Check the workspace and the room layout before booking. If you are sharing a trip with a colleague, decide whether Double or Twin beds will suit you better. Our Premium Rooms offer contemporary accommodation for business and leisure stays, while the Economy Rooms include Double, Twin and Executive options. Explore each category to find a room that fits the length and purpose of your stay.
Driving? Read the parking rules and fees before you set off. If you are travelling with a group, ask us about rooms and meeting space together rather than organising them as separate bookings.

Close to your meetings, with space around you
There is no single answer to where to stay in Bucharest for business. It depends on where your meetings take you and what you need from the hours around them. At CARO, you can work from your room, meet a colleague for lunch by the lake and still find time for a walk through the garden before dinner. The northern business district is close, while the hotel gives you room to step away from it at the end of the day.
You can explore our rooms and book directly, or get in touch if you are travelling with colleagues or planning a meeting. We’ll help you find an arrangement that works for your stay.
